Take Flight 5K @ Greenville Downtown Airport - Runway Cafe

Don’t miss the one day of the year when you get to run on the runway at Greenville Downtown Airport!

Participants of all ages will taxi to the runway to be cleared for takeoff. Registration proceeds benefit the local aviation themed community park.

Start Time:
5K – 8:30 a.m.
Kid’s Run – 9:15 a.m.

Entry Fee:
5k – $25 until May 23rd ($30 after May 23rd)
$20 – Active Military/Veteran (Proof of service required at packet pick-up)

South Carolina Breakfast Club @ Greenwood County (KGRD)

Every other Sunday since 1938, pilots and aviation enthusiasts meet for breakfast in South Carolina airports. There are no dues or meeting requirements. Fly in or drive to the airport, belly up, and talk aircraft, aviation or anything else. This event is free to attend, and breakfast is typically $6-10 per plate.
